Adil left Durban in August 2017 and now almost seven months 10 000kms later will soon be at the Sudan/Egyptian border. Cairo is another 1700 kms away and he anticipates to reach that in less than a month and proceed from there to be in the Holy Land for Ramadaan. He has had an amazing journey since he left his home country Morocco and has been on a cycling trip first across the west coast and then up the east coast of Africa. He has been hosted along the way and spent time with Yahya Adam and his family in Khartoum.
Yahya (who lived in Johannesburg for a number of years) has been kind enough to make arrangements for Adil to get his Saudi Visa so that he can make Umrah during Ramadaan.
